“New Horizon” – Imaginative Cookery Courses

During the day there will be an introduction to the ingredients we are using, so that you will get a bit of background on what we are cooking. We will then guide you to prepare one course of the 4-course menu in groups of two.

Be reminded that this is a cookery course, not a cooking demonstration. But you can be assured, that even if you have never been cooking before you will be able to follow and learn new skills. After we are finished with the preparation and the cooking, we will sit down together and enjoy our self-cooked dinner and a good bottle of wine.

Price

The price for the course will be 195.-€ per person.

• 2 nights accommodation in one of our themed bedrooms.
